Our client, based in Paarl, is seeking a professional, dynamic individual to join their team! This position will be responsible for the reception area as well as general office management and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, friendly individual with strong organisational skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to build lucrative relationships with clients and colleagues.


  • Matric/Grade 12;
  • Experience with switchboard handling;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Confident with the ability to work under pressure and remain positive and focused at all times;
  • Sound computer literacy;
  • Resourceful, self-motivated with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic;
  • Adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow;
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a high level of integrity;
  • Experience working in a professional environment;
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.


· Reception:

  • Ensure that all clients are welcomed in a professional manner;
  • Control of the switchboard;
  • Professional telephonic communication;
  • Responsible for the boardroom booking system.

· Office Management:

  • Stock keeping and buying of stationery and office groceries;
  • Management of telephone systems, copy machines, IT systems etc;
  • Manage the use and services of the company vehicle;
  • Administration surrounding the office building and its contents;
  • Contact person for service providers.

· Administration:

  • General filing and administration;
  • Typing and dictation;
  • FICA administration
  • Client information management;
  • Trust administration
  • Review invoices and contact
